I post this question in our forum for sure - if i have more info - will post it here. But i think that there will be no problems. According to last info: the moto rock fest is already started, on the hill are many people and there is many guests from Romania from the previous evening! I am on work and will go tomorrow late afternoon. Ok - they response to me - the hostels are big enough and the price are the same!

There are student hostels near entrance of the moto meeting - last year i sleep there for 15 leva (about 7 euro) - hope this time i will use the same. But you may ask Teo-VT for sure. This room aren't luxury like hotels in Arbanasi village, but is more comfortable - not too far from event - almost there! May be one disadvantage is that the student girls are mostly in vacation in this time.

For me, Moto Rock Fest in Veliko Tarnovo is the best motorcycle event in Bulgaria. I recommend it.
