Ten years' operating experience of the system of greasing of the motorcycle engine developed by me gives, as it seems to me, all bases to recommend the created device both to numerous motor-fans, and the serial factories which are letting out motor-technics.

I can tell, that work of the engine has considerably improved: it became less noisy, knocks have disappeared, the compression has improved. And all the matter is that I equipped the E?-56 with system of separate greasing. Now in gasoline I add no more than 1/20 parts of the oil recommended for duple motors, and it intends more likely for greasing of the carburettor - throttle zaslonki, needles, etc.
Oil for greasing of the engine settles down in a separate tank (it at me is fixed in a storage compartment as on my motorcycle of the accumulator is not present - the machine is equipped with the generator and system of ignition from a motorcycle "Rising"}, and slightly razzhizhennoe gasoline.

From a tank oil moves on a vinylic hose to a branch pipe of the carburettor (between the carburettor and the cylinder) and is entered in him with the help of the small union. The tank is equipped with a dosing out needle with which help the charge of oil is adjusted. Unfortunately, devices for selection of the charge at me was not, however to make it not too difficultly while in service: oils it should be spent approximately as much counting upon unit volume of fuel, how many recommend instructions ' for duple motors. So, having measured quantities of gasoline and oil, for some trips, it is possible to establish ' the optimum charge of oil.
There are also other attributes of an optimum parity of fuel and oil: in particular, dymnost an exhaust should be normal for a motorcycle of the given class. Effect from application of such greasing considerable. So, oil (as a drop, instead of in pyleobraznom a kind) gets directly in karter where it is sprayed, greasing thus radical bearings (and at two-stroke engines they always dry)), a crank, the cylinder, the piston and a piston finger. Surpluses of oil in part burn down, and a part get in an exhaust branch pipe. A deposit on the piston and a head of the cylinder practically it is not formed, and as consequence in the motor does not happen detonations.
Seeming primitiveness of the device created by me for separate greasing can frighten off some motor-fans. However, before to come to it, I have tried some ways of submission of oil in the motor: with the help of the dosing out pump, a worm, through the reducer-gauge and an electromagnet. However has stopped on it, the most simple. And it is not casual. Underpressure in a soaking up branch pipe of the engine proportionally to frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft of the motor, and, hence, podsos oils in a branch pipe also will automatically depend on revolutions - the more frequency of rotation, the will move more oils. I think, that many motor-fans will be interested with such improvement.
