(poate sa imi schimb permisul cu unul european de tip nou?) In proportie de 99% din toamna voi fi PhD student @ The George Washington University si as fi interesat, dupa ce ajung pe meleaguri americane, sa imi achizitionez o mobra (as duce CeBeRica din romania dar sunt sigur ca nu s-ar merita o astfel de manevra...) Daca as ajunge intr-o excursie pe acolo si as dori sa inchiriez o motocicleta, as putea sa o conduc inca din prima zi? Nu cunosc care sunt drepturile de a conduce in SUA in comparatie cu Europa...
