aha si de unde sti cat sa regleze? sau de unde stie cat sa regleze? hai ca rulmentii conici sant interesanti!deci, cum se regleaza rulmenci conici care nu stiu unde sant???sau poate stiu!

Bearing setting

The term “setting” indicates a specific amount of end play (axial clearance) or preload in a bearing. Unlike other rollingelement bearings, tapered bearings don’t require close control of shaft or housing fits to obtain an accurate setting. Because they are mounted in pairs, their setting depends mostly on the location of one bearing row relative to the other on the shaft.

Bearings can be set to achieve one of two conditions:

• End play — Axial clearance between bearing rollers and races, which allows axial shaft movement when axial (thrust) force is applied.

• Preload — Axial interference between rollers and races so there is no axial shaft movement.

Generally, a setting ranging from near zero to slight preload maximizes bearing life. Some applications use moderate preload to increase rigidity of highly stressed parts that would otherwise be adversely affected by excessive deflection and misalignment. Excessive preload, though, can drastically reduce bearing fatigue life or cause high temperatures that can quickly lead to bearing damage.

Manual setting

Production-line assembly workers often set bearings manually for equipment that is manufactured in low-tomoderate volume, and where a non-exact and wider-than - normal range of end play is acceptable. No special tools, gages, charts, or fixtures are typically required. In a truck nondriven wheel, for example, manual setting consists of tightening an adjusting nut on the end of the shaft while rotating the wheel until a slight bind is felt. Then the assembler backs off the nut 1/6 to 1/4 turn to the nearest locking hole or enough to let the wheel rotate freely. The adjusting nut is then locked in position.

recomand cu incredere si din tot sufletul un mecanic care lucreaza la un motor ca si cum ar fi al lui si are preturi foarte modeste.RAZVAN(0724012375),complex axxa,vitan.

 

 

Salut,

Dupa mult timp mai intru si eu pe forum, dar acum doar sa va spun despre Razvan. Il cunosc foarte bine. A lucrat 12 ani in Italia(Napoli) ca mecanic moto.

 

 

Bine ca exista oameni ca Razvan. Felicitari!

"Bunicule", pai tradu dumneata ce intelegi prin "bed in " in situatia de fata daca nu "asezare"? Daca rulmentii nu tin prestangerea in timp e o problema undeva (piulita se desface, se brineleaza, etc), nu se uzeaza in 500 de mile daca sunt montati ok.

 

  • During the first few miles, new or freshly repacked bearings may bed in slightly and go slack. This is perfectly normal, so be sure to keep your eye on them. Double-check the preload after your first road test and again at the 500-mile mark, readjusting them as necessary.

Am fost iarasi la Razvan cu Transalpul meu cu probleme la kilometraj. M-a rezolvat pe loc. Credeam ca s-a dus melcul, eram pregatit sa scot iarasi suta din buzunar. Dupa cateva verficari a depistat ca cablul era desurubat din bord. Nu a vrut sa ia niciun ban!

concentreaza te pe kerosen. da mi traducerea exacta in 5 cazuri si ai sa vezi ca difera. nu te mai tine atat ca ori cat iti doresti sa fie ca tine nu ai sanse. nu exista reglaj.

Felicitari Razvan, am auzit ca faci treaba buna.

Florin, sincer, esti pe un topic unde-i de bonton sa incepi cu prestatiile bune ale mecanicului Razvan, nu sa te bagi in fata ca in piata Moghioros....

Nu stiu de unde crezi tu ca ai capacitatea de a-i sugera unuia ca e slab la semantica... sau altuia sa se concentreze pe apa, zaibar sau kerosen.

Nu vreau sa fiu rau,dar am vrut si eu sa imi regleze amestecu la o honda hornet acest Razvan. Omu zicea ca surubelele alea de sub carburatoare (pilot jet screw) sunt pentru aer.. Asa ca mai usor cu lauda :)

eu sunt foarte multumit de acest razvan! mi a rezolvat problemele de fie care data ,de cate ori am fost la el! poate nu ia placut de fata ta!

Salut! As vrea sa schimb un chit de lant pentru un GSR600 din 2006. La tipul respectiv se pot comanda si piese sau le iau eu si ma duc cu ele? Multumesc!

Bai frate, eu nu il recomand ma pe acest Razvan. Tot timpul amabil cu clientii, iti raspunde la intrebari tehnice fara interese financiare, mereu politicos la telefon, preturi vai de mama lor, va zic sincer, de-a dreptul enervant.... ba eu nu il recomand ma ca dupa aia nu mai are timp de motocicleta mea.

Se dovedeste o data in plus in relatia motociclist-service... ca benefica este ingineria... nu alte speculatii.

 

Din punct de vedere ”mecanica moto al lucrului bine facut”... ce bine ca exista oameni ca Razvan. Felicitari!

. . Mă, faptul ca ti a dat Dumnezeu bavarez k1200s nu te scuteste de o minima buna cuviinta .

Si eu am de un car de ani RGS1200 si mai nou un GT 1600 6 cilindri in ograda personala si nu ma simt cu mult mai falos de asta

Nu s a mai actualizat ce am intrebat despre Razvan aici si cine stie ar face un mare bine comunitatii moto indiferent ce mobra are fitecine . .

Doamne, nu te pisdifica acum stai linistit.

Lucrurile astea sunt deja cunoscute , mai putin programul care e flexibil.

Credeam ca ai nevoie mura-n gura.
