Uite tot paragraful din regulament referitor la penalizari: 16.3 The stewards may impose any one of the penalties below on any driver involved in an Incident: a) A five second time penalty. The driver must enter the pit lane, stop at his pit for at least five seconds and then re-join the race. The relevant driver may however elect not to stop, provided he carries out no further pit stop before the end of the race. In such cases five seconds will be added to the elapsed race time of the driver concerned. b ) A drive-through penalty. The driver must enter the pit lane and re-join the race without stopping. c) A ten second time penalty. The driver must enter the pit lane, stop at his pit for at least ten seconds and then re-join the race. If either of the three penalties above are imposed during the last three laps, or after the end of a race, Article 16.4b) below will not apply and five seconds will be added to the elapsed race time of the driver concerned in the case of a) above, 20 seconds in the case of b ) and 30 seconds in the case of c). d) A time penalty. e) A reprimand. If any of the five penalties above are imposed they shall not be subject to appeal. f) A drop of any number of grid positions at the driver’s next Event. g) Exclusion from the results. h) Suspension from the driver’s next Event. Just. La F1 exista penalizarea in timp (secunde) aplicabila la sfarsit de cursa. La MotoGP nu cred ca au asa ceva.

A lui Davidson mi se pare usor de recunoscut. Si daca l-ai prins pe Herbert in actiune, si casca lui e destul de recognoscibila.

La fel si in cazul suspendarii cursei: 41) SUSPENDING A RACE 41.1 Should it become necessary to suspend the race because the circuit is blocked by an accident or because weather or other conditions make it dangerous to continue, the clerk of the course will order red flags to be shown at all marshal posts and the abort lights to be shown at the Line. 41.2 When the signal is given overtaking is forbidden, the pit exit will be closed and all cars must proceed slowly to the starting grid. The first car to arrive on the grid should occupy pole position and others should fill the remaining grid positions in the order they arrive. If the race is suspended during a safety car intervention, and the safety car is directed into the pit lane, cars should stop in a line behind the safety car in the fast lane of the pits. 41.3 Any cars unable to return to the grid as a result of the track being blocked will be brought back when the track is cleared and will be arranged in the order they occupied before the race was suspended. Additionally, any cars in the pit lane or pit entry at the time the race was suspended will be pushed onto the grid and arranged in the order they occupied before the race was suspended. If the race has been suspended in the pit lane (see Article 41.2) any such cars will again be arranged in the order they occupied before the race was suspended. In all cases the order will be taken at the last point at which it was possible to determine the position of all cars. All such cars will then be permitted to resume the race. A intrat la mai bine de 10 ture (zic eu cu aproximatie, nu am urmarit exact) dupa ce informatia a fost impartasita cu audienta (a aparut pe ecranele noastre). Moment in care echipa era deja, cel mai probabil, informata. Si-a vazut omu' de cursa lui pana cand a intrat sa schimbe gumele, asa cum era planificat in strategie. A oprit in boxa Ferrari, mecanicii au asteptat ceea ce a parut a fi 5 secunde (durata stop-go-ului) inainte de a se apuca de umblat la masina. Bineinteles, nu asta e problema: toata lumea stie ca nu cele 5 secunde pe care le stai oprit sunt cu adevarat penalizante, ci trecrea pe aleea standurilor in sine. Alonso ar fi trebuit s-o faca de 2 ori: o data pentru penalizare, o data pentru intrarea planificata. Mi se pare destul de scandalos ca absolut nimeni nu a scris despre asta. Nu e niciun articol, nimic. What the f.uck? Nu a fost singura aiureala din cursa: la al doilea start, pilotii au plecat in ordinea in care se aflau in momentul in care steagul rosu a fost aratat. Mi se pare complet eronat, in sensul in care in cazul opririi cursei (fie ca ea este reluata sau nu) se ia in considerare clasamentul din turul precedent fata de turul in care s-a produs incidentul. In cazul de fata, incidentul s-a produs in turul 1, la cateva viraje dupa start. Restartul ar fi trebuit deci logic sa se faca din pozitiile initiale de pe grila... Imi scapa ceva? » Post actualizat in 07 Jul 2014 14:57 Acelasi lucru s-a intamplat in 1998 la Spa: turul 1, accident masiv cu multe masini implicate, dupa acul de par La Source (primul viraj). Steag rosu. Restart al cursei in functie de grila initiala. Ba mai mult, unii piloti implicati in accident au putet sa ia startul din nou, profitand de masina de rezerva.

Q: a inteles cineva legalitatea ispasirii penalizarii lui Alonso? Din cate stiu eu, nu este legal sa te folosesti de o intrare planificata la standuri pentru a ispasi un stop-go. Logica unui stop-go este tocmai sa fi penalizat mai mult decat printr-un ride-through - ceea ce, in mod evident, nu a fost cazul. Sau daca primea ride-through se considera ca l-a efectuat in momentul in care ar fi intrat la standuri pentru o oprire normala? Ca sa nu mai spun despre faptul ca un pilot are 3 ture pentru a-si ispasi penalizarea, iar Alonso a intrat dupa vreo 10... De prins, poate. Desi pana in momentul in care a inceput Rosberg sa aiba probleme pe downshifts ecartul era destul de constant. De depasit ar fi fost altceva. Rosberg stie sa se apere, iar cu o masina echivalenta, i-ar fi fost foarte greu lui Lewis sa treaca de el.

Lewis a gafat-o singur in calificari, a recunoscut-o personal. Era fix in fata lui Nico inainte de ultimul tur de calificare, avea toate cartile in mana. A abandonat ultima tentativa de tur cronometrat dupa primele 2 sectoare crezand ca "nu mai era nimic de scos in sectorul 3". A doua sedinta de calificari consecutiva in care si-o trage singur. Bottas e un mare pilot in devenire. Rapid, constant si betivan. #suomipride Vettel a mers pe doua opriri, Ricci pe una. Intrebat dupa cursa daca strategia lui a fost gresita, a raspuns necaracteristic, sec si comic: "da". In mod normal cu Hamilton plecat din prima linie (sau din pole), i-ar fi fost greu sa castige. Cu Hamilton plecat de pe 6 avea toate sansele. Si eu. Nu e la fel de rapid ca Ham, dar Nico e mult mai destept si mai viclean. Iar Lewis, oricat de rapid e pe un singur tur, e un coclit. Avand in vedere ca ECU-ul este standard si nu a acceptat hartile, la baza (chiar daca nu exclusiv) este tot problema lor: "When we go a normal way with a usual [steering wheel] selector on a driver map it was accepted. So obviously we have now for here a new software release that will be correcting this. In essence that was the problem."

E cam singua "presiune" pe care o pot pune pe Renault acum, desi in afara de gura-casca astia din presa nu musca nimeni. E de fapt un buton ce activeaza o setare de motor care mareste temporar puterea, in detrimentul consumului si al fiabilitatii. Se foloseste la depasiri, cand ai nevoie de un mic "zvac" suplimentar pentru a-l depasi pe ala mai lent din fata care te blocheaza. De acolo si numele.

Inteleg ce zici, dar nu mi se pare o pozitie oficiala. In plus citatul spune "Renault was not solely to blame for Sebastian Vettel’s problems in Austria last time out". Se induce faptul ca a fost si vina celor de la Renault. Si chiar daca nu ar fi fost, sa presupunem ca problema a fost exclusiv cu blackbox-ul electronic furnizat de McLaren, fiabilitatea si performanta motorului Renault raman inacceptabile. Horner latra foarte rar si nu o face aiurea.
